Cold open + Ch.1/Ch.6/Ch.10 'Talabat rider on the bike' THEN-icon (Pavel 'one year before I was riding this bike in Talabat', 'empty pockets, lost the path')
why: Every chapter leans on RYA-FX3-0217 to pay off the broke-delivery origin, but that clip is a generic delivery rider + handshake — NOT Pavel on a bike and NOT archival. There is no real footage of Pavel as a Talabat rider, on a bike, or in his broke era. The single strongest then/now hinge of the whole film has no true 'then' image.
Either source archival photos/video from Pavel's own phone (2021-22 Talabat era, hoodie/bike/delivery box) as a Ken-Burns insert, or build a stylized graphic/title treatment for the 'then'. If neither, lean on RYA-FX3-0217 ONLY as a symbolic orange-box motif (not a literal Pavel claim) and keep it under 1s.

why: Chapters correctly call this 'on-camera, the fridge IS the visual, ZERO broll' — but that means there is NO usable interior detail/cutaway of 60601 at all. The only apartment footage (DJI_0127/0128/0129) is a different/staged DIFC tour + elevator, not the actual 60601 fridge/bedroom. If the on-cam fridge take is weak or missing detail, there is no backup coverage.
Confirm the on-camera fridge/door-reveal take exists and is clean in the source (scene 03). If usable, no fix needed. If not, shoot insert detail (fridge handle, '60601' door number, master-bedroom corner) on any return visit, or recover from raw scene 03 b-roll not surfaced in the palette.

why: The single most-repeated image motif of the aspiration arc is expensive watches — and the catalog has ZERO watch footage. Chapters substitute car-grille/wheel/star-logo detail (C6586/C6589/C6590) as a 'proxy', which is a semantic mismatch (a car logo is not a watch; the punchline is wristwear at a nightclub).
Buy 2-3 stock macro shots of luxury watches (Richard Mille / AP / Patek wrist-flex, nightclub/lowlight). Cheap, high-impact, and lands the 'watches' punchline literally instead of forcing the car-logo proxy.

why: This is a specific archival memory with no footage. The chapter substitutes a present-day over-shoulder driving shot (RYA-FX3-0238) which is the opposite of the broke-tourist energy the line describes.
Source Pavel's actual 2017 tourist photos (AirPods selfies, tourist Dubai) for a photo-montage insert — this is gold if it exists on his phone. Otherwise cut the visual literalism and stay on his amused delivery; do not force the present-day G63 driving shot over a 2017 broke-tourist line.

why: The aspiration-gap line names yacht / jet / first-class — none exist in the catalog. The chapter orbits the G63 (the thing he DOES have), which works as ironic contradiction, but the named objects of desire have no image.
Optional: 1-2 cheap stock plates (yacht in marina, private jet stair, first-class cabin) for a fast 'the things he's still chasing' triptych. Low priority — the ironic G63 orbit is a defensible choice; flag as nice-to-have.

Solar-energy startup / Abu Dhabi branch / COVID / Serbia origin (Ch.4: career on-ramp, '$3,000 savings collected in Serbia', 'opened the branch in Abu Dhabi')
why: Pure told-not-shown connective tissue. No startup, office, Abu Dhabi, COVID, or Serbia footage exists. Chapters cover with generic forward-driving POV (DJI_0111/0112/0125) which is geographically wrong (Dubai streets, not Abu Dhabi/Serbia) and motif-fatiguing if reused across many beats.
Accept as B-roll bed (forward-motion = 'momentum into the UAE') but vary the clips so the same DIFC-drive POV isn't reused 4x. Consider a simple map/locator motion-graphic (Russia → Abu Dhabi → Dubai) to carry the geography the footage can't.

why: Many chapters call for on-screen number-pops and stat lower-thirds (explicitly: 'number-pop graphic on 50 million dirhams', 'MARCH 2026 — Commercial +26% • Residential −8%', 'FIRST DEAL — 12,000 AED', big '$2,000,000'). These are graphics to design, not footage — there is no asset for any of them yet.
Build a number-pop / stat-card motion-graphics package (consistent type + brand color) for all six figures. This is the visual backbone of the money beats and currently a 100% gap.

Alina's shared-history visuals (Ch.9: '8 years, met in St. Petersburg bachelor's', 'New Year story', 'one hoodie every day in Serbia')
why: Alina's testimony references St. Petersburg university, a New Year memory, and Serbia hoodie-era — none have archival footage. Covered only by her in-car talking head + present-day Pavel grind shots (IMG_3318/3325).
If Pavel/Alina have any old university/Serbia photos, a 2-3 photo Ken-Burns insert massively strengthens the 'witness' chapter. Otherwise stay on her face (her delivery is the asset, per notes) — do not over-cut to present-day Pavel.
