Kling

ЧтоКонюшни (глава 8, 41с) — вынести из мёртвого центра между ch7 «Why Core» и ch9 «Real Engine»; поджать до 15–20с и поставить рядом с ch11 «Real Life in Dubai», где тематически уместно.
ЧтоСобрать раздробленную тему страха в один блок-климакс прямо перед CTA (глава 14): школьная первопричина (rank21) → паралич анализа «гора» (rank22) → «сделать оставание страшнее ухода» (уже в v2) → «fear of failure, avoid it, it's deadly».

(C6432: «insider information of what I usually do… the other side of Dubai») — или ужать до ≤3с.
Поджать процедурную середину (back-office «calls not working», дважды сказанное «two and a half years» в 1:50 и 1:57) на 25–35с + интеркат прогулкой.
Сохранить ВСЕ цифры (1.7→2.1→4→5.5–6М), но закрыть графикой price-timeline; убрать повтор «fundamentals» (5×) и aside «why because of fundamentals» (14:47).
Оставить самую сильную формулировку («what makes you successful… is your integrity and your honesty»), срезать 10–15с парафразов.
COVID («glued to the phone») — throat-clearing перед payoff. Быстрее выходить на «building a personal brand… six million followers».
Оставить звонок маме «you are really crazy» как эмоциональный пик, срезать второй заход на сравнение ~8–12с (оставить payoff «let me take the risk»).
ДействиеWar-блок: «developers drop prices to survive» + COVID-held-value дублирует Maple-COVID-доказательство в главе 13.

Логика: (1) холодное открытие = денежный curiosity-хук без спойлера климакса; (2) питч Core сдвинут ПОСЛЕ доверия; (3) разрозненная тема страха собрана в климакс перед CTA; (4) хобби-конюшни становятся одним передыхом в лайфстайл-блоке; (5) статичный «Climb» получает визуальную динамику; (6) все how-to/числовые вставки сгруппированы в один «operating manual»-блок. if you want to move and if you want to live in Dubai. Because you see

to show you the other side which you don't know about Dubai.

You know, all the money I had in my pocket was 500 dirhams. That's it. Well, you
0:30.8C6381.MP4
src 8:00.2–8:03.9
know, I guess there is a friend of mine, you know, we studied
0:34.3C6381.MP4
src 8:05.1–8:17.8
together. So he accommodated me in his house until I got a job and I started making money then. I moved to my house. So if not for his help, it's going to be very difficult, of course. So I
0:46.4C6381.MP4
src 8:18.3–8:27.9
came here with nothing. Just this 500 dirhams, which I also borrowed from someone, by the way, when I came here. Yeah, so it was absolute zero. My biggest
0:55.6C6381.MP4

income per year was around $80,000
0:58.2C6381.MP4
src 2:00.7–2:07.6
to $100,000 max, that's what I could reach. But you know, back in Sudan, this is a lot of money.

years of experience as a business consultant. And you know, I studied computer engineering, So I am an analytical kind of person. I'm the numbers guy. I love numbers. You know,
▸ 02_Car_Driving
1:25.9C6381.MP4
src 4:04.7–4:07.8
like my specialty is being a telecom
1:28.9C6381.MP4
src 4:10.9–4:12.0
engineer. But there is
1:29.9C6381.MP4
src 4:12.5–4:21.3
no way, you know, like how can I apply? There was even no opening. But then I got a chance to work in Etesalat. So if
1:38.3C6381.MP4
src 4:21.8–4:29.6
I'm working in Etesalat, at least I'm around. I'm not an engineer, but the way you can enter is a call center. So will
1:45.7C6381.MP4
src 4:29.7–4:32.0
I take the risk, I said, yeah. I'll drop
1:47.9C6381.MP4
src 4:32.3–4:35.4
myself from an engineer to a call center agent. and then
1:50.8C6381.MP4
src 4:35.8–4:43.1
from there see how can I access and get to where I want. It took me two and a half years but then
1:57.8C6381.MP4
src 4:43.1–4:47.1
after two and a half years I knew the team, I knew the managers, I submitted
2:01.7C6381.MP4
src 4:47.4–4:51.6
my CV, I got an interview and I was hired. So I was
2:05.6C6381.MP4
src 5:04.0–5:05.2
handling calls and then
2:06.8C6381.MP4
src 5:05.8–5:07.5
after that they understood
2:08.4C6381.MP4
src 5:08.4–5:14.6
that I have some sort of a knowledge when it comes to telecom engineering. So they moved me to the back office team where we solve complaints,
2:14.3C6381.MP4
src 5:15.8–5:31.2
my mobile is not working, calls are not not working so you know you do based on your access and then if you have anything you escalate it to the engineering team which is actually the team I want to get into so I started escalating to them I started sending them emails you are an
2:29.0C6381.MP4
src 5:36.5–5:41.2
insider now so I got the managers I got the manager emails so I was
2:33.5C6381.MP4
src 5:42.1–6:09.5
communicating with them for like a year so now they know my name is Khaled but they don't know who I am so after I build a good relationship then I told him guys can I come visit your office they say yeah come to this place now this is the first time i knew where their office is because you know there are thousands of employees you don't even know where they work so and then i was shocked that their office is in ajman actually engineering team hidden no one will know so i went
2:59.6C6381.MP4
src 6:12.8–6:23.0
there you know i had a few visits there i told them guys by the way don't think i'm a call center guy i'm actually an engineer this is my certificate and blah blah blah so then when
3:09.3C6381.MP4
src 6:23.0–6:27.7
they got an an opening they asked me to come in for an interview they liked
3:13.8C6381.MP4
src 6:28.9–6:38.2
my experience and then I was hired so that took two and a half so just don't give up you know even if you are searching for a job just you know take it step by step in the beginning
3:22.7C6381.MP4
src 6:41.2–6:45.0
you feel yes I arrived but then I was
3:26.3C6381.MP4
src 6:45.2–6:49.0
not satisfied you know because back in my country I did
3:29.9C6381.MP4
src 6:51.6–6:55.6
network marketing but you know the earnings the freedom
3:33.7C6381.MP4
src 6:56.6–7:05.0
I had you know the challenges I was facing if you started with that you you cannot end up being in a job. It's not gonna work. So yeah,
3:41.8C6381.MP4
src 7:05.7–7:09.4
so this is when I started on the side. I opened
3:45.3C6381.MP4
src 7:10.1–7:17.0
a marketing agency and this is how I got introduced to real estate. I was running Facebook, Instagram
3:51.9C6381.MP4
src 7:17.7–7:19.4
ads. Speak camera, yeah. In
3:54.4C6381.MP4
src 9:11.7–9:21.5
the beginning, you will feel that when I get this job, then I'm gonna be happy. But then I got this job, but I was not, you know, I was depressed that I actually, you know,
4:03.7C6381.MP4
src 9:21.5–9:27.4
I saw a story of one guy. he's been working there since 1992. He reached
4:09.3C6381.MP4
src 9:30.3–9:32.0
the age of 60 and you
4:10.9C6381.MP4
src 9:32.6–9:40.7
know they sent him an email that hey you are not gonna work with us anymore you reached age and he was having his kids in school they sent him
4:18.6C6381.MP4
src 9:44.2–9:46.6
the email it was December
4:20.9C6381.MP4
src 9:48.0–9:50.3
2018 and he told
4:23.1C6381.MP4
src 9:52.9–9:57.8
them okay guys just my kids are in the school don't cancel my visa I don't want anything just keep my visa till May
4:27.8C6381.MP4
src 10:00.2–10:20.5
or June same year they rejected he's working from 1992 he just requested for to keep his visa for six months and they rejected. So it's like I worked there for one year but then I saw that last episode right in front of my eyes. So I said hey I gotta build up something I don't want to be in this position lately. I
4:48.2C6381.MP4
src 15:34.8–15:37.5
was really scared the day
4:50.7C6381.MP4
src 15:40.2–15:43.9
I submitted my resignation after sending the email I even tried
4:54.3C6381.MP4
src 15:45.4–15:54.1
to recall the email after I sent the resignation email. I called my mom and then she told me you are really crazy how can you do something like that you have been
5:02.5C6381.MP4
src 15:54.8–16:00.3
dreaming about this job for so long. But like, you know, whenever I compare the feeling
5:07.8C6381.MP4
src 16:01.2–16:03.6
and the stress on this time to the situation
5:10.0C6381.MP4
src 16:04.0–16:11.0
that happened with the guy when he was 60 years old, imagine like you don't have any experience in the market. You know,
5:16.7C6381.MP4
src 16:14.6–16:18.5
it's way worse if I stayed doing what I'm doing. If I did
5:20.4C6381.MP4
src 16:19.7–16:29.9
not see this film in front of me, I wouldn't have resigned definitely, you know? But I was more scared to stay there, working there for 40 years, doing the
5:30.1C6381.MP4
src 16:31.1–16:32.5
same job and not improving
5:31.4C6381.MP4
src 16:34.8–16:37.9
in life. So I said, okay, let me take the risk. And then
5:34.4C6381.MP4
src 16:38.1–16:48.7
the funny thing is that after I did that for one year, COVID hit. I realized in COVID, I lost like 90 % of my business. Man,
5:44.4C6381.MP4
src 16:49.8–16:53.0
that was, it was really tough. When
5:49.8C6381.MP4
src 17:01.4–17:05.1
there is a crisis, people, they will start cutting on expenses. And we
5:53.4C6381.MP4
src 17:05.4–17:09.8
know one of the easiest expenses to cut on are the ads. I used
▸ 05_Different_thoughts
5:57.6DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 3:15.2–3:17.7
to work for real estate agents with commission. I run
5:60.0DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 3:18.2–3:23.5
the campaigns. I spend on the campaigns. they get the client, when they close the client, I get my cut. The
6:05.1DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 3:25.0–3:31.4
projects that we were selling in 2017, 2018, they started getting a handover. So I used
6:11.2DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 3:40.0–3:42.4
to call the leads and qualify them. So the
6:13.5DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 3:42.9–3:45.5
leads, they saved my number. And then the agents,
6:15.9DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 3:46.3–3:49.7
they told me that this deal was not closed, these people didn't buy. But then after
6:19.2DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 3:50.0–4:07.1
COVID, they started calling me, hey, we bought three years ago, but then the handover delayed. Of course, in COVID, there were so many projects that got delayed in the handover. So I realized that I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in commission. I was fooled basically. Since
6:37.7DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 4:09.1–4:14.6
the marketing work is not working anymore, this is when I said, alright, I love this thing, I
6:42.9DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 4:15.6–4:26.4
love real estate, I understand the Dubai market very well because I used to run campaigns and I used to study the market. Alright, now I'm going to be a full real estate agent. And this is when it started, but then
6:53.2DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 5:41.6–5:45.8
you know you are sharing your commission, you are giving 50 % to agencies. It's a sad
6:57.2DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 5:47.3–5:56.5
reality here because many agencies they don't help you in leads here it's all depending on your branding on how people know you and you just
7:05.9DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 5:57.4–5:58.8
you give them 50 %
7:07.2DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 5:59.2–6:07.7
40 % 30 % I worked in different I got some agencies they gave me 60 % some agencies gave me 50 % some agencies the best gave me 70 %
7:15.3DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 6:09.1–6:11.6
and took 30 % from any deal that I make
7:17.7DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 6:12.2–6:20.6
so imagine for every 1 million dirham I have to give them 300,000 basically for doing nothing I'm doing all the work and then
7:25.6DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 6:29.0–6:35.3
And then this is when I got introduced to CORE. I understood how they are doing their business model. It made sense. They give
7:31.7DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 6:37.2–6:40.1

7:34.4DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 6:40.7–6:44.9
at the same time, they train you and they support you even better
7:38.4DJI_20260418192510_0011_D.MP4
src 6:45.4–6:50.2
than the agencies that you are giving 50%. My experience. The hidden

fact about CORE, that was

right now we are in April 2026. We're in Dubai
11:15.6RYA-FX3-0179.MP4
src 0:11.5–0:15.4
as you can see I'm here walking in my community. See I know
11:19.4RYA-FX3-0179.MP4
src 0:16.3–0:24.4
about all the propaganda and people what you are hearing in the news but I'm gonna talk about my personal experience right. My life
11:27.2RYA-FX3-0179.MP4
src 0:25.8–0:28.3
there is no change from what
11:29.5RYA-FX3-0179.MP4
src 0:29.1–0:42.9
happened before the war and right now. Like I'm going to the mosque every day. I'm doing my work as a real estate consultant every day. My family are here. Like life is pretty much
11:42.7RYA-FX3-0179.MP4
src 0:44.2–0:48.6
normal. Like we are doing the same thing that we have been doing before. My direct
11:46.9RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 0:16.5–0:23.8
family, we are living all around the world. I have my sister, she's living in the UK. I have my brother in Sweden. My brother
11:53.8RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 0:24.4–0:29.4
and my sister, they are living in the US. Okay. And I'm planning to
11:58.6RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 0:30.6–0:35.9
move my mom here with me. Actually she chose, She lived with me here in Dubai. She lived in
12:03.5RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 0:37.0–0:41.5
UK, she lived in Sweden and she chose to be here. Number one
12:07.8RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 0:42.1–0:48.8
because of the lifestyle, you can see the comparison when it comes to Dubai and all these places. And then
12:14.1RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 0:55.1–1:01.9
secondly, my mom, she's old, she wants to be close to Mecca and Medina. So it's quite a short
12:20.6RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 1:02.4–1:08.1
flight from here compared coming from the US or coming from different places. So that's
12:26.0RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 1:09.0–1:10.6
why she chose here. Hopefully,
12:27.5RYA-FX3-0181.MP4
src 1:11.9–1:16.3
inshallah, in the coming one to two months, she will be with us.

which is unprecedented in the history of Dubai.

framework that I use to analyze everything, and I call
13:03.8The War Shockwave Hitting Dubai Real Estate | Palm Jebel Ali.m4v

it the SID framework. S stands for scarcity. I stands for infrastructure. D stands for developer. Study

crash happens, developers with thin balance sheet, they start
13:20.8The War Shockwave Hitting Dubai Real Estate | Palm Jebel Ali.m4v
src 4:41.4–4:54.5
dropping their prices to survive. And when they drop their prices, investors who bought when the prices were high, before they dropped their prices, they'll start losing their value. That is why in my framework, the most
13:33.2The War Shockwave Hitting Dubai Real Estate | Palm Jebel Ali.m4v

critical factor is the developer. During
13:36.2The War Shockwave Hitting Dubai Real Estate | Palm Jebel Ali.m4v

13:49.9The War Shockwave Hitting Dubai Real Estate | Palm Jebel Ali.m4v

all the boutique developers and they started shifting to the fundamental developers. So when

most of the people that I see now in the market is the fear

success I saw it, it's after COVID. All this time, as you know, I was trying and being scared, trying and being scared, trying and being scared. This is

number one, pleasing Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Priority number two, building a long -term legacy. So my main goal is that even whenever I get an information from me now, if you verify it after 10 years, it is the truth. And then

my priority number three is making money, because this is one of my streams of income.
